Hold On or Move On

You know that feeling when you’re just about to turn a corner. You’re so ready to move on and yet there’s that feeling of safety in the routine, the habitual. Surprisingly, as we’re on the cusp of spring with its longer and warmer days, the promise of more communication and re-entry, I find myself conflicted—secure and cozy in those quiet, winter fireside days but fantasizing about summer barbeques with friends again. We’ve been cocooned for so long that emerging safely but surely in the world, can be daunting. If that’s you, I see you. Transitions are challenging, especially in a time of so many unknowns and unpredictability. It’s precisely why I find myself in the grounding practices of yoga. It’s why my new love of meeting and sharing in community with NUSHU Group is such good medicine.

This is my invitation to join me, especially if I haven’t seen you in awhile, to transition together in a yoga class or experience my spring NUSHU Group. Let’s support each other, as we step collectively forward.
