Welcome the season of renewal with a nourishing afternoon of movement and food! I am excited to partner, once again, with Melissa Wetzstein of A Pure Life Nutrition. In this workshop, I’ll lead a cleansing, twisting, alignment focused practice meant to open the heart and mind, while preparing our bodies for the longer days ahead.
Following practice, we will move into the kitchen for a refreshing plant based lunch, while Melissa will demonstrate recipes incorporating spring's detoxifying herbs, roots and greens. She’ll show you how to grow your own fresh super sprouts right on your kitchen counter! It's a fast and fun way to reap the health benefits of eating these tasty enzyme packed seedlings.
